As student information frequently changes (e.g.,\nmoving from one school or one Board to another, changes in physical address and\/or contact\ninformation, etc.), it is extremely important these changes be reflected in the PRISM database.\nOtherwise, messaging and reports may be sent to incorrect recipients and it can be very cumbersome\nand time-consuming for eTeachers, GCs, Office Administrators, eRegistrars, and DeLCs.<\/span>\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<button type=\"button\" class=\"elementor-alert-dismiss\" aria-label=\"Dismiss this alert.\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span aria-hidden=\"true\">&times;<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/button>\n\t\t\t\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0f5f702 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"0f5f702\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>1. To do so, obtain a\ndigital copy of the student\u2019s IEP and indicate\n\u2018Yes\u2019 for Does the student have an IEP? on this\nscreen.
