There are 6 user roles or types in PRISM for higher education and Dual Credit; 3 of which are College side and 3 are Board/School level.
College User Types

College Admin |
These users manage all users, course offerings, registrations, progress and attendance exports for the College. |

College Staff |
These users manages courses, registrations, progress and attendance exports for the College. |
|
College Faculty |
These users are meant for Faculty at the College. They are selected as course offering teachers and will have access to their class list as well as entering progress and attendance for their classes. |
Board/School User Types
|
Dual Credit Teacher |
These users are Board level users. They manage school and Board users, accepting and removing students into course offering spots. |
|
High School Teacher |
These users are school level users, typically guidance counsellors. They register students into course offerings and they may approve the registration at a school level. |
|
SWAC Teacher |
These users are Board level users are are responsible for SWAC students. They register, approve, accept and remove SWAC student registrations. |
