1. There are 4 main states of a student registration: 1 – Pending, 2 – Approved, 3 – Accepted, 4 -Removed.
1 - Pending
These students have been registered by their school into a course offering, but the application has not yet been approved by the school.
2 - Approved
These students have been registered by their school into a course offering, and the application has been approved by the school. At this point the Board has not added the student into the College course.
3 - Accepted
These students have been registered by their school into a course offering, and the application has been approved by the school. The Board has added the student into the College course allocating one of their quota seats to this student and the College will now have access to this student's information.
4 - Removed
The student has been removed from the course, opening up the quota seat that was previously allocated to the student for the Board.
